Location: Tall Ships Quay (at the trellis / gazebo), Halifax waterfront

Join Atlantic Flamenco and instructor Maria Oscende Flamenco Co. for Flamenco Fun at Tall Ships Quay from 10am – 10:45am. Discover flamenco dance with this introductory session. Start the day with a 45 minute intro to flamenco. No special shoes, clothing, partner or experience required.

*Dress in layers, bring water, bring sun screen, sun glasses, flamenco-inspired costumes welcome. No special shoes required.

Class is followed by two demonstration sessions:
Multilevel Technique (11 am – 11:45 am)
Upper body and footwork for beginner/intermediate level students.

Guajiras Review (12-12:45pm)
For those students taking guajiras online with David Romero, practise on the waterfront. Choreography and break-down technique of the material taught in June and upcoming July material
